Pack Your Hardware
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
