To be eligible for a full refund, items must be in their original packaging and uninstalled. Once hardware has been mounted or installed, it can only be returned if a manufacturing defect is present.
Are mounting screws included with handles and knobs?
Yes, all our cabinet pulls, knobs, and wall hooks come with standard 1-inch mounting screws. If you have extra-thick cabinetry, please specify your requirements at checkout.
How do I care for and clean my brass or matte black hardware?
